The Nigeria representative at the Miss Universe, Debbie Collins, wore this huge Ankara design at the 64th Miss Universe Pageant that was held at The AXIS in Las Vegas, Nevada, yesterday 20th December 2015.
The outfit caused a public outcry online. It looked kinda weird, don’t you think?
